Today, you will drive the Ga Village of Sesemi near Abokobi to visit Frederiksgave Slave Plantation. The plantation served as a typical colonial plantation, which experimented with various crops like coffee, sugar, tobacco, and wine, but with poor outcome. It was later on turned into a health resort for ill Danish public servants from Christiansborg Castle. Continue with a visit to the Du Bois Centre for Pan African Culture. The centre is a complex of four major buildings which include the home of Dr. DuBois, an administrative building, the Marcus Garvey guest house and the tomb of Dr. DuBois and his wife Shirley Graham Dubois.
